Rules & Regulations for Use

DECORATIONS

        • NO STAPLES, TAPE, 3M STRIPS OR NAILS MAY BE USED TO ATTACH ITEMS TO THE CEILING, WALL, WOOD TRIM, DOORS, EXTERIOR COLUMNS, ETC.

        • NO GLASS DIAMONDS ARE TO USED AS DECORATION IN OR OUTSIDE THE BUILDING.

        • NO CONFETTI, SILLY STRING, OR FAKE ROSE PETALS ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING.

        • NO REAL CANDLES MAY BE USED IN THE BUILDING.

        • RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING ALL DECORATIONS DURING AGREED UPON RENTAL TIME PRIOR TO VACATING PREMISES.

        • ALL PLANTS/FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS MUST HAVE A DRIP TRAY TO PROTECT THE FLOORS FROM WATER DAMAGE.

        • ALL RENTED ITEMS (ADDITIONS CHAIRS, TABLES, PLANTS, GLASSES, ETC) MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING BY THE CONTRACT TERMINATION DATE/TIME.

        • NO STAKES MAY BE USED IN THE GARDEN. ANY TENTS OR OTHER EXTERIOR DECORATIONS MUST BE SECURED WITH WEIGHTS ONLY.

        • NO SKY LANTERNS

        • SPARKLERS MUST BE EXTINGUISHED IN BUCKETS OR WATER OR SAND (PROVIDED BY THE RENTER) AND MUST BE THROWN AWAY.  IF SPARKLER REMNANTS ARE FOUND ON THE LAWN AFTER CHECK OUT YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST.

GARBAGE/TRASH

      • DISPOSE OF ALL GARBAGE/TRASH IN THE PROPER DISPOSAL UNIT (DUMPSTER) LOCATED IN THE BACK OF THE PARKING LOT. 

      • NO TRASH MAY BE LEFT OUTSIDE OF THE DUMPSTER AND THE DUMPSTER LID MUST BE CLOSED AND LOCKED.

      • THE ENTIRE BUILDING MUST BE GENERALLY SWEPT CLEAN PRIOR TO VACATING PREMISES.

      • ALL TRASH CANS MUST BE EMPTIEd and placed back inside the building.

BAR/BEVERAGE STATIONS

        • ALL ICE CHESTS/CONTAINERS IN THE BAR AREA MUST BE PLACED ON BLACK MATS TO AVOID FLOOR DAMAGE. 

        • NO KEGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. KEGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PORCHES OUTSIDE.

SMOKING AND OTHER TOBACCO PRODUCTS

  • NO SMOKING OR OTHER USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING AT ANY TIME.

  • PRODUCTS USED OUTDOORS MUST BE DISPOSED OF AND NOT LEFT ON STEPS, PORCHES, LAWN ETC.
